Refund Policy

30-day guarantee: If TagManager does not work as described on the product page, we will refund your purchase in full — no questions asked — within 30 days of your purchase date.

Include your order number (from your Paddle receipt email) and a brief description of the issue.

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and returned to your original payment method via Paddle.

Annual subscriptions

Team and Enterprise annual licenses renew automatically each year. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date to prevent the next charge. Cancellations after renewal are eligible for a prorated refund for unused months if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge.
