Short version: TagManager runs entirely on your local machine. Your files and tags never leave your device. We collect only the minimum data required to deliver your license and process payment — nothing more.

We collect nothing. The CLI operates entirely offline. Your tag database (~/file_tags.json) is stored locally on your machine and is never transmitted to any server.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the information necessary to process your payment (name, email, billing address, payment method). We receive from Paddle only:
We do not receive or store your card number, bank details, or full billing address. Paddle's privacy policy is available at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
If you email us for support, we retain your email address and message content for as long as necessary to resolve your request, and no longer than 2 years.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the product you purchased.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party, except:
License and order records are stored in a password-protected environment. We retain purchase records for a minimum of 5 years as required for tax and accounting compliance under Georgian law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email ge.philadelphia1@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
This website does not use cookies or any tracking technologies. No analytics scripts are loaded.
TagManager is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and announce the change on the GitHub repository.
